> 3 dayWithin a few minutes of starting a game the laptop freezes and has to be manually restarted. Happens multiple times before I can actually play a game.

> 3 dayIve had this laptop about 5 months now and i use it about 7-8 hrs only once a week on my day off.. So it only has a little over 100 hrs of gameplay and now it feezes just about every time i play my game... Not cool for a 1300$ laptop and im not tech savy so i dont know how to fix.. I honeslty cant recommend it for any heavy or moderate gamer

> 3 dayI have had many computers in my life... custom and store-bought. This one has been pretty good so far. Handles everything I need professionally and everything I want for fun. As a gamer and designer, this gets it done.

> 3 dayAfter a couple of additions (2 gig Nvme and some ram) this little guy almost keeps up with my i9 10900k Alienware Aurora R11 with a 2080ti in it. I’ve been very impressed with the performance of this laptop especially for the price. I like to use it to power my Oculus Quest (use as a Rift) for PC games with Virtual Monitor and it’s done very well. It gets a little hot but I’m not friendly to it with the game settings and run everything wide open. Love having the portability of a laptop to game at work.

Greater than one weekI just received my package and wanted to immediately upgrade the hard drive. Much to my utter shock, the most important piece of the laptop was missing, the hard drive. It was just empty there, nada. I have called the customer support for help and they have transferred my claim to another department, so I will have to wait 2-3 business days for that call. It sounds pretty crazy but this is where I am right now. I paid this much money to have such an important piece of hardware missing.

> 3 dayHad this laptop since 2020. Was a great laptop till it started having issues a year in. Unfortunately I was never able to get support with the laptop due to Acer having a database breach. They lost my serial number and thus I cant send it in for repairs. Not only that but this model is no longer listed on their website for support materials since 2023. So now I can no longer download drivers again. This thing has been having more and more issues. The mousepad is no longer functional. At this point I built up a gaming tower but it feels like a waste of money to buy a laptop that cant even last 5 years.

> 3 dayUnfortunately after only 8 shorts months this laptop died. took it to a computer repair place and they said the mother board had a short and it needed to be replaced however after 6 weeks they had zero success finding a new or refurbished mother board, So Im taking my still broken computer home. I looked on several forums where loads of buyers had the same issue. This is way too much money to be spending to only get 8 months out of a laptop.
