didn’t charge or turn on at all

Great laptop for the price. Will run any game you throw at it with no problems. Some extremely demanding games will be limited to high settings instead of ultra because of the 4gb of VRAM. However if youre gaming on the laptop screen its very hard to perceive any difference between medium/high and ultra settings because of the pixel density of a 1080p 15.6 display.

Great laptop! Bought for my son for gaming and he’s using it to create his own video games on steam.

This computer arrived dead and would not charge. All connections were checked. Tried multiple outlets. Contacted ACER to troubleshoot, we did so with no changes. Had to return the laptop. Ordered a replacement. After a week, the replacement arrived, and the same thing happened again. Do not waste your time with this product. Idk if this is a scam or what, but you will not receive what you’re hoping to. Beware. Just very disappointing for my teen. :(

If youre trying to play minecraft or other small games this is perfect, but AAA titles like Warzone and demanding games alike this isnt your best bet. For reference in warzone with the lowest possible settings you get 50fps on a good day.

I bought this for my wife. Once I got the laptop I ordered a 500gb hard drive and 8gb of memory to add to the laptop. Acer included the hard drive cable to install a second hard drive, a very nice touch since the laptop only came with a 250gb drive. Installing them myself saved me some money. She loves the performance of this machine, the 144 hz display and is extremely happy with it.
