Ya llevo con esta laptop casi un año y estas son mis impresiones:

I got the laptop, plugged it and allowed it to charge for 20 minutes or more, pressed power button and it was dead. No lights or anything coming from it, I read reviews and majority of the negative ones were for the same issue, a dead computer. I still gave it a chance and I also received a dead computer. Went to best buy in person and got me a different one and was able to use it the same day.

Update: Its fine, you need to push in the charger really hard

I use this for gaming and work. I have had it for about a year and its been great. Definitely worth it

Great computer for gaming and business. Lightweight and easy to upgrade. A stick of ram and extra storage and can handle any game with ease. Works great for the oculus quest 2, just need the cable . And you have a whole new library of games and free content not offered in the oculus store. Would highly recommend this laptop.

so that horrible feeling when you buy a laptop and get the delivery and the box seal is open...you decide to look at the condition anyway and all the screws are missing from the bottom case...yeah not fun and now I have to wait to re-order to get same deal until they get this device back as returned...so if I am lucky I will see its replacement in 2 weeks...Im a student and my PC had died and this was a replacement, this now puts me back in progress with school...

Only bought this for the portability that supposedly comes with owning a laptop. However the battery life is awful and it consistently drops connection on Wi-Fi every 10-15 minutes. If I wanted to be plugged into a router and a wall I would just use a desktop.

Received the item on May 4th. When the power is connected, the power does not come on. I applied for a refund now... Its too complicated.

Would not turn on. I plugged in and no charging lights either. Tried multiple plugs on house and push power button many times as well my daughter was so disappointed was her Christmas gift.

I bought a brand new laptop with a faulty ac adapter. Amazon customer service was useless so was acer tech support so now i have to send this thing back.
