> 3 dayMy husband loves it. Works for his simple browsing, netflix, and small card games and merging games. Be cautious of windows 10 though. It takes up a lot of RAM on this laptop. There probably is a way to fix it or help. If you have ideas let me know. Or questions Ill answer.

> 3 dayMy 10 year old son saved money for a year to buy this laptop. After reading the description and asking questions, we were confident that the laptop would be able to play Fortnite. Unfortunately, it cannot play the game smoothly and the game lags continuously. I have reached out to customer service several times with no response. It might be a good laptop for other uses, but not for gaming. The poor customer service will keep me from buying another laptop of this brand.

> 3 dayThe quality appears to be very nice and strong . The screen is vivid in rich color. Connects to the internet very fast. I wish the charging lasted longer, but not bad at all. I didnt use my laptop for 5 days, turned it on and it was still fully charged. I like that. Thin , lightweight and easy to carry. I like it.

> 3 dayThe only thing wrong with this computer is the heavy handed control from Microsoft .It constantly fights to keep you from using anything but Edge , Bing , and Norton . I had to have a computer expert help me get Google on and Norton off . Very frustrating . Otherwise love it !

> 3 dayIt’s a great laptop for work and watching videos. Would not recommend for gaming. It can play some indie titles or old games like Max Payne 1 but if your looking for something that can run a AAA game then you should look at something more expensive

> 3 dayOnce I received the laptop, Used it maybe 3 times just to download files to print, the computer started having issues. I spoke with customer service and they tried to put it off as if I didnt know how to use the computer. The computer keeps going blue with a slight glitching on top. It also gives error codes. The computer will shut everything down on its own. It has used maybe 6-7 times at this point and sickening that I spend a penny on it. The fan noise is loud

> 3 dayAlthough this is a brand new computer and only a few months old, it only works if plugged in. In fact, the computer always shows a no battery present message. This is a known problem. I followed all advice to fix this problem to no avail. Now in the middle of this pandemic when all kids are distance learning, Acer expects me to mail it into them for repair.
