Worked for 6 weeks but the touched pad stopped working. Replaced it with another.

for the most part i am extremely happy with this lap top. it was reasonably priced and Ive only had a few issues with the display settings and with the computer going to sleep on me. but i think i figured it out. besides that, the screen is a nice size for me and it is very thin and not too heavy.

Battery life is less than I hoped. Smaller than other options when a 10 key is a must

Brought September 2019, battery critical error and then laptop turned off and would not turn on. Waited over 30mins for customer service, hung up and rang again, still no resolution. Needless to say I will be returning laptop. 7 months light usage and then this is unacceptable. Laptop is under manufacturer warranty and I brought additional extended warranty.

The one she got was working good but it got hot once she connected and external device to read the SD card. The one I got got very hot most of the time and it crash once. It also when black a couple of times so I sent that one back.

I am a student currently in college and I am not very happy with this laptop because it keeps having issues with the wifi it never loads anything and when it does all the pictures from my textbooks wont load and it keeps saying it is not connected to the wifi all the time I have already factory reset and did everything I could do and I am still having issues this laptop does not seem to be reliable at all

I use this for work and its lightweight but durable. I havent had any problems after a year of use. It could use another USB port. Battery life is ok. All in all, its affordable and does everything I need it to do.

I resisted replacing my aging Acer laptop but was forced to finally when it wouldnt turn on sometimes and struggled to get online. I quietly (stoically) got this one going and oh my God I am in love! I love the swiftness and the sleekness of it. The fingerprint technology is great and I am so thrilled I did it. I still have my old lappy and have needed to get old links from it for different online things but I have not missed it really. I can just glance over at it on the shelf as I use this new super duper one!

Worked out the box, no fuss no muss. Could use a bigger SSD.

It does everything you want a cheap laptop to do. Booting up is very fast (about 7 seconds), the CPU is fast enough and I have not had any browsing issues and have many tabs open with no reduction in speed. The screen quality overall is good and it has good battery life for general use. My only issue is the audio, the audio speaker is located under the laptop, which is not ideal. Instead of the audio feeding outward in my direction, it is going straight into the ground or wherever the laptop is sitting, which makes it harder to hear.
