I was needing a new laptop for work and my nephew recommended this one who had already done all the research so I just bought it. Great decision! Very fast, easy to use, love that they keyboard lights up at night. Price is good too.

My son bought this computer for his graduate program and hed solely use this for computer non-intensive programming assignments. The computer worked like a charm for a year, he had no complaints.. until the battery just stopped working one day. Now the computer MUST be plugged in for it to work and even then he is having issues booting up the OS properly.

Bought for my son for his freshman year of college. Stopped working 2 days before his first day. of class. Called support snd was told it will take at over 10 days to get fixed. Nothing like adding more stress to a freshman student. This repair time is unacceptable.

My computer is definitely not touch screen. It is however lightweight and easy to carry with one hand. I use it to play the sims 4 and it is great with all of my CC. I really enjoy this computer. Great buy!

Great laptop for the price, bought one for my wife and my sister. Neither had complaints. Both really like it. Great for high-school or college, or just an everyday family laptop.

This laptop is one of the best laptops I have ever personally owned. It has a great look with a thin design and its response time is unbelievable. I am glad that I bought the Intel Core i5processor, other processors are simply not worth buying. When I launch my browser, it immediately takes me to my home page, and any application I execute is quickly opened without any problems. My kids use only Apple computers, but this acer performed as robustly as the $2k apple computer my kids adore. For this price and this performance, you can’t go wrong. I highly recommend this product.

I wrote a review on this item a few weeks after using it, it is a good buy for its price, its fast, can do light video and photo editing, it freezes up from time to time but nothing an emergency shut down hasnt resolved and it doesnt happen often, but its fast and has been a reliable laptop at its price point, however durability does not seem to be a strong point and to me thats important as I dont want to have to purchase a new laptop every year, its never been dropped its either on my work desk or in my bag, I hardly use the keys on the laptop it self as I bought a Bluetooth mouse and keyboard to go with it and still that didnt prevent the laptop mouse pad from dying in less than a year, with barely any use, I am very disappointed and all the good feeling I had about this item is also dead with the mouse pad. I do not recommend anyone buying this item unless you want to risk the cost of having to buy another or taking it to a technician with less than a year of use.
