> 24 hourAfter three months of owning this laptop the WiFi stopped working. Acer support could not fix it. So now I have to send it to Texas to be repaired. Although they gave me a postage label I still have to pay for the packaging to ship the laptop. This is an instance where a box store would have been better. All I would need to do is drive it the store for repair or have it exchanged for a new one, simple. Texas is the only place to get the laptop repaired ifpurchased from Amazon and Acer. Very disappointed. Ordering is easy, repairing not so much!

> 24 hourGood, decent laptop for its cheap price. Yes the fans are pretty loud (in fact, its louder than my gaming laptop) but this can be fixed by making the system cooling policy as passive in the battery settings (google about this if you want details). Other than the fan issue though, its a good laptop.

> 24 hourIt’s a great laptop for work and watching videos. Would not recommend for gaming. It can play some indie titles or old games like Max Payne 1 but if your looking for something that can run a AAA game then you should look at something more expensive

> 24 hourgood value for what you get. bought it for my teenage daughter and she has nothing but good things to say about it. makes excuses to do her homework just so she can use the computer. not the most powerful for gaming but great for everything else.

> 24 hourArrived quickly and just as described. Have been set up and working for a week plus now and everything is working very nicely and smoothly. They have worked for our needs perfectly. We use them in business in a business environment. While windows home did bring about some sharing/networking issues with the way we had our systems set up prior and printer sharing and such.....we were able to work through this with the aid of a few YouTube tutorial videos we found on properly setting up file sharing to network successfully with home version of windows. We share quickbooks company files and a printer so sharing and networking are key. We were able to do all that self setting up everything in house with zero support. Id say I have 3/10 experience level here with setting up networking and file sharing....so the machines work well! High recommends.

> 24 hourThis is a great laptop. I got it on sale and there are zero complaints. Great screen quality, great battery life, compact, easy to carry (get a carrying case). If I have a complaint it would be the speakers. The speakers are very good but not 10/10. I would give the speakers 8/10 but everything else is 10/10

> 24 hourIm loving my new Acer, especially in comparison to my old Lenovo. Its very fast, has an easy keyboard, the screen is bright and clear. Only down sides for me are no SD slot and not enough USB ports (everything along the sides, and nothing in back).....so far, so good.....
