I bought this laptop for my wife, who uses it for her eBay business which includes lots of photo post-processing, plus all the other usual things people use computers for. It was to replace a 10-year-old dell that she was complaining about being slow and having a less-than-stellar display.

The laptop works exactly as intended with no software issues whatsoever. There is one major problem, the USB plug on the right-hand side of the computer does not work. The left-hand USB plugs do work thankfully but since this laptop only has 3 total USB and I use 1 dedicated solely to a wireless mouse this leaves me with only one other functioning USB plug. If you plan on buying this make sure to TEST ALL THE USB PLUGS.

Prices vary wildly on this model. I strongly urge everyone to wait for Amazon to have them in stock at $349.

I didnt like that it comes with Microsoft 10 in S mode that has to be disabled. Microsoft warns that security is reduced when disabled but if you want to run anything else it has to be done. Other than that the computer is great to use.

Seller got it to me on time, came in discreet packaging. Using it for school and it is very fast. Would totally recommend for anyone in school, but if you are doing zoom a lot I would just recommend buying a separate camera if you care about the camera quality as it is not the greatest. Screen quality is amazing. I would completely recommend this laptop

i just got this laptop and it’s definitely an upgrade from my previous one. it is fast and gets the job done at a decent price. i was skeptical of it because of some of the reviews but things turned out fine. i found out there is a way to get out of s mode easily so it’s not a problem. i recommend this laptop for everyday use!

Great for my 12 year old grandson.

Good value. But the web cam sucks. When I use Zoom the exposure is constantly changing. Its very distracting to have the back ground go light and dark. I think that it may be trying to get the perfect exposure on my face. Which would be nice. But if I move a centimeter it readjusts exposure. it readjust exposure even if I dont move. Every time the little box appears around my face theres an adjustment.

Bought it for my parents and they love it. So far so good :)
