Day1. Windows crashes, the laptop wont power down.

The screen quality was awesome, although there was NO TOUCH SCREEN! If you are looking for a Touch Screen laptop, this is not the one. Games lag but overall very high quality, I highly recommend if this is for work/and or school for your children. Five stars!

I wanted to love this laptop, but I just don’t. I bought it to replace our old laptop whose speakers started messing up so we couldn’t watch my son’s school videos. But this one had problems right out of the box! There was an area of the screen that has this rectangle of light that shines through as soon as it was opened and turned on (which makes me wonder if it was somehow damaged). Then I realized that the volume is PAINFULLY LOW! The number pad keys are also very small. It’s sucks having spent so much money on something and not being happy with it. Wouldn’t be so bad if the volume was an acceptable range.

This is more for a casual laptop this aint for gaming t all I tried to get to 60 frames persons and the thing near blew up this laptop is really not the powerhouse that some of the reviews are saying that this laptop is I just dont use this laptop anymore and just sitting in my closet catching dust.

If you plan on using this for anything more than just browsing a few tabs, get some extra ram. It’s cheap enough and easy enough to install and you’ll be glad you did since 4gb is pretty pitiful. It has a nice screen and doesn’t feel as budget as many other laptops in this price range.

In less than 6 months. Not sending back to Acer as their turn around on their warranty items takes forever (had a friend who went through that = not worth it). You buy a brand new laptop and it SHOULD last for longer than 6 months!!! I am pissed!

This computer is actually very good. But the hinges they use on the screen break easily. I did not drop the computer at all. Computer is only 11 months old. Called for repair they said they get a lot of calls on this model for the hinges breaking. Cost to repair is $150 US. I will not buy an ACER computer again. They will not stand behind this product.

This is such a POS!!! Dont buy!! Get a REAL computer!! It lives in its own cyber world! Cant cross documents and stuff from from device to another. S mode is horrible and completely limits what you can do.

I actually like this computer. Its lite, fast enough to meet my needs, and the touchpad works as well as a Macbook.
