I love it’s lightweight and cool look. The screen is very sharp and it’s wonderful for gaming.

I liked it at first, but after a couple of months a grey line appeared on the screen and the HD started to make a noise. There is no self-check tool. All they offer is that we return the equipment at our own expense to receive it back God knows when. Talking to support is nearly impossible.

If youre studying and need a Windows devices for a Chromebook price I believe there is no competition to this laptop.

We bought this laptop less than 2 months ago. The screen is now black the computer is not functional. Weve searched the internet for fixes, apparently this is a very common problem for this computer model Acer Aspire 5. None of the fixes we tried have worked. We have tried calling the Acer help number as listed on Amazon. After calling twice and sitting for an hour listening to their message about how busy they are, we had to hang up. We tried opening an issue with their help desk online, with no response. Dont waste your money.

I like the light thin design of this laptop. The battery life has been good and its been trouble-free since I bought it 5 months ago.

I bought this product about a year ago and it has not lived up to any expectations, it is not a touch screen like it claims, it isnt good for gaming and just recently the hinge broke. I have never dropped the laptop but it just is poorly made. This laptop has a large screen so it is good for streaming but it is not great for anything else.

Love the backlit keyboard. Very slim & responsive. 15 in screen large enough for email & internet searches.

This laptop is amazing, I bought it for school and gaming for my son and is fast and a very attractive design.

Wonderful, if you add an SSD and more ram. If you feel comfortable opening it, go for this laptop. Just know you need to invest in more to make this useable. But, when you do, you will be amazed. Its a phenomenal little thing. I put a Samsung SSD and Kingston RAM and its flying.
