Purchased this a couple weeks ago, immediately noticed it turned on and blue screened with an error. It rebooted and ran fine for a few days before a series of blue screens all with the same memory issue.

Ive owned all brands of laptops (except Apple) and Acer has been the best performer and most reliable of any of them. Im replacing an Acer Windows 7 laptop only because the hard drive is so full it wont open programs. And I have moved everything I could move to a separate hard drive. All photos and videos. Its got a 500 GB hard drive, but after moving 20 GB, its full again in 2 weeks, so it got to be too frustrating to us on a daily basis. Im not a gamer and dont need a $2,500+ state-of-the-art laptop. This one is plenty fast, has the latest software system and has plenty of memory. Ive owned it for about 3 months now and havent had any complaints. Acer is the best bang for your buck in my opinion!!

Two days since I received my Acer Aspire5 laptop and I am very happy with it so far. It replaces an HP 2019 17 laptop with an all plastic case that was literally falling apart. This Aspire feels much more sturdy with its metal case, is lighter and more transportable than the HP, and from a performance standpoint is running circles around the the HP. Great price, great performance, easy setup, its all good man!

Its lite as a feather ,keys are lit fast just as beautiful ❤️ as it is fast.

First day it arrvives, the battery overheats, second day after charging, it over heats again and eont turn on, after a few minutes of trying, it turned on but the battery is at 50%

This laptop seemed to be high quality, and it definitely ran well. It was perfect for what my daughter needed to do for her gaming and online school. However, the touchpad stopped working in roughly 30 days. Thankfully, Amazon returned the item. If we buy another laptop, we will definitely get the extended warranty so that we dont have to worry about issues like this.

The feature that is important to me is the back light on keyboard. Great laptop

I dont know where they are coming up with 10 hr battery life. I can fully charge it, watch 2 hrs of netflix, turn if off and by morning its almost dead.
