This computer is a reasonable price for the quality. I use the computer for web browsing, and Microsoft Word documents, for the most part. I never play games so I cannot report on that. The laptop is quick, clear crisp picture, and has average sound. The only con is the battery life is not great, I get about 5 hours before I have to charge. I highly recommend this laptop.

This Acer runs so much faster and smoother than the garbage HP Ive been stuck with for the last couple years. The price was affordable and the quality is far better than the price would lead you to believe. From the moment you turn it on, the system just soars, and walks you through the entire set up process with so much ease. I started with an Acer almost 20 years ago and feel like a fool for switching brands, but hey, you live and you learn.

Fast computer with fairly easy access to upgrade the nvme drive. Ive been using it as a desktop at home with full-size keyboard, monitor and speakers - works great!

Beautiful layout, beautiful lit up colored minifans, 24 Gb RAM. 512Mb storage. I could have really liked this. Windows fighting me to get Windows set up. This should be a simple turn-key operation with Windows already set up-requiring just a simple password change or better yet, automatic fingerprint & eye scan. You should not have to hoop jump through Windows. One finger print & eye reading & it should be ready to work. Its called turn-key.

I got this laptop for one reason and it has surprised me at the RRAM and HD Space that came upgraded. Very slim great keyboard. The screen isnt as sharp as my Samsung 360 pro but I wasnt expecting it to be. It fills the needs for why I need it.

Purchased this a couple weeks ago, immediately noticed it turned on and blue screened with an error. It rebooted and ran fine for a few days before a series of blue screens all with the same memory issue.

The overall laptop specs were good based on the price. However, what made me gave it a low rating is that the company might have falsely marketed some of the spec details. I dont know if that was a typo on their part or if it was false advertisement. For example the memory (GB) that was stated in the specs on Amazon was different from the real specs (much lower) that was in the laptop. It also came with an internal hard drive that was separate from the laptop, thus we had to manually open the laptop up and install the hard drive. It also took weeks to get my refund back.
