Greater than one weekI dont know where they are coming up with 10 hr battery life. I can fully charge it, watch 2 hrs of netflix, turn if off and by morning its almost dead.

As a result, I cannot download anything at all thats not a Microsoft product, which means the McAfee protection I paid for on the laptop I just replaced. Ive called McAfee, and talked to 3 people at MS Windows, plus been on phone hold for half an hour so far. No help whatsoever. This is maddening.
