Froze during initial setup. Rebooted, same behavior. Never got past boot screen. Returned for a refund. Noted, after the fact, that other recent reviews are stating the product specs are misrepresented. Not impressed. Not ordering a second one, and will go back to searching again. Bummed.

This laptop seemed to be high quality, and it definitely ran well. It was perfect for what my daughter needed to do for her gaming and online school. However, the touchpad stopped working in roughly 30 days. Thankfully, Amazon returned the item. If we buy another laptop, we will definitely get the extended warranty so that we dont have to worry about issues like this.

I have attempted a refund. Noisy computer while I had it.

I plugged it in, turned it on, logged into my windows account and it was updating and now its just blue screen. Cant do anything with it

I just purchased the Acer Aspire 5 15.6 FHD IPS Slim Laptop, AMD Ryzen 3 3350U with 20gb of RAM and a 512GB SSD. However, upon booting the machine and checking the SSD, it only has a total of 464GB. This is really misleading and disappointing. I am most likely going to take this back. I do not appreciate the dishonesty on the sellers part. DO NOT say the the SSD is 512gb if it is not!

My Dell Inspiron finally took a dump after 7 years which is pretty incredible considering how far computers have come since it was new. I have been looking around for a replacement since last summer and had narrowed it down to this and an Asus. My employer purchased this for me with the idea that it would be used both for and outside of the office. I didnt want to go with a Mac because Ive been using Windows products most of my life. Sure, Windows is a love hate love hate hate relationship but thats another story!

First day it arrvives, the battery overheats, second day after charging, it over heats again and eont turn on, after a few minutes of trying, it turned on but the battery is at 50%

Works perfect for me.
