The overall laptop specs were good based on the price. However, what made me gave it a low rating is that the company might have falsely marketed some of the spec details. I dont know if that was a typo on their part or if it was false advertisement. For example the memory (GB) that was stated in the specs on Amazon was different from the real specs (much lower) that was in the laptop. It also came with an internal hard drive that was separate from the laptop, thus we had to manually open the laptop up and install the hard drive. It also took weeks to get my refund back.

Had a Dell the last time, and I hates every moment I spent on it! Polar opposite with this laptop. Fast, Fast, Fast!

Amazon is the best

I liked how quickly it arrived. It was a Christmas gift for my husband and it arrived before Christmas even though I ordered very last minute. I am also very pleased with the product itself. It was exactly as described. He loves it!

Well made beautiful way to grow

the laptop is fast, but the battery dies out quickly! Only a few hours then I need to charge. Also this is new, I cannot imagine after some use how the battery will survive.

The feature that is important to me is the back light on keyboard. Great laptop

Home use. Internet program watching.

I was under the impression from the description that I could remove s mode but the button that is supposed to help with this doesnt operate. As a result, I cannot download anything at all thats not a Microsoft product, which means the McAfee protection I paid for on the laptop I just replaced. Ive called McAfee, and talked to 3 people at MS Windows, plus been on phone hold for half an hour so far. No help whatsoever. This is maddening.
