These are great and reusable!!! There is a color changer that tells you when it is time to renew!! Recommend these if you live in humidity!!

I like the ease of use and the color changing to let you know when to dry them out.

Absorbs nothing. Placed one in a gallon bag with a hygrometer and measured water. After weeks the hygrometer reading had increased, water level did not change, and the bag’s indicator had not changed color. Even when putting water directly on the indicator, water beaded up and ran off the bag with very little change in the indicator. Returned.

The soft pillows of desiccant are perfect for any number of uses where you need to protect items or products from atmospheric moisture. For example, I am a woodturner and I use them in a lidded coffee can to protect my bottles of CA glue. I am also a photographer and use them to protect my storage-bin archive of 35mm slides. The ability to regenerate them in 3 minutes using a microwave is far more convenient than all the other units that I have to bake in an oven for an hour or two. I will update this posting when I have more experience on the frequency of regeneration and the longevity of the dessicant... but, for now, they are 100% in my book!

I use this in a Plano sports trunk that I store my 3d printer filament in. I added a gasket around my tote to make it air tight and tossed this in there to keep my filament dryer while being stored. Since filament is susceptible to moisture this has really helped my prints come out perfect everytime! I have t recharged it yet but if I run into any issues later I will update here. So far I highly recommend.

Im using them to keep humidity levels low where I store my 3D printer filament. Im getting better prints now that I can keep my filament dry.

A while back I purchased some German made desiccant packs in fabric bags. I really like them, but their arent available anymore. When I found these, I thought Id give then a try. They are great, high capacity, and I like the indicator patch. It lets you know when its time to regenerate it. Among other things, I use them in sealed boxes to store 3D filament. I put an humidity indicator strip in the container. It says the humidity is less that 10% and has stayed there for some time.

These are great to put in clothes, suitcases, books, toiletries, pantries, backpacks, closets, etc. in humid climates for mold prevention. They were shipped and arrived promptly. Satisfied ;)
