We tried to turn it on with the remote and power button and neither worked. I am no longer eligible for a return and I have tried to contact the shop through Amazon and have not gotten a reply. Find a more reputable brand or buy at your local brick and mortar store.

Greater than one weekI love these! Definitely was a little more “white” than I anticipated (I bought warm white). Luckily you can change the brightness! Super easy to assemble and look so pretty! Only downfall is I love the twinkle setting but starts really nice and slow and then goes all a sudden crazy fast so as much as I like that setting, I can’t use it because of that. That’s basically the only downfall! Still keeping for sure!
