Lower wattage than what I expected. Not really appropriate for 40 gal breeders tank I have my plated lizards in. Maybe use it on fire-bellied toad in ten gallon tank.

i choose two day shipping and it said guarantee, now it has been more than 2 days still sont have the light bulb and my turtle is almost dying.

I use this for my Jacksons chams and they do well with it. They last too even though I replace my bulbs every 6mo anyways to maintain proper UVB output.

We have baby Red Footed Tortoises and they need UVB lighting in their habitat. This bulb is exactly what we needed and is long lasting. We plugged it into an automatic timer outlet attachment so that they get a full 12 hours of light with this, and regular daylight hours, and then their needed full 12 hours of dark. I highly recommend this product to those with reptiles needing a good quality UVB bulb.

Great bulb. Was unsure after reading reviews of receiving broken bulbs but mine was fine. Its not as bright as I expected but is working perfect. Great price for this bulb. I will purchase again from seller. Not sure of longevity, has only been in use for several weeks. So far no issues.
