It’s great for putting off heat, but remember, if you’re looking for light, it doesn’t light up. That was a really good thing for us, because we put it in our dog’s house, and didn’t want to blind the little fella’ with too much light. It stayed anywhere from 55-65 degrees (Fahrenheit) in his house! He definitely didn’t want to come out! One time it was 64, and he was cozy and snoozing away!

I use this lamp for my almost 5 week old Quaker parrot. Works very well to keep her warm.

Suction cups dont work very well. Bulb and thermometer work fine

It’s ok, but I don’t love it. It doesn’t give off much heat and there’s no way to adjust that.
