I purchased this product and it works solidly and is easy to install if you follow instructions on Youtube on popping out your radio for the 2007 Honda Fit. It is all plug and play. The down side is that it wasnt made in this country and it will not allow you to speaker phone through the car stereo. Previously, I had assembled my own from following instructions posted on the web and it worked to a degree. The problem with the unit I made concerned the Aux adapter not fitting the plug very well and constantly needing to monkey with it before any sound came out. I figure for the $18 that this device costs it was worth the money for a car that is 14 years old and has 200,000 miles. I sincerely wish this device was made in this country because I hate sending my money to China so that their government can spend every nickel they have to try and bury us and our way of life.

Installed this unit and it worked great (with the help of a ground loop isolator) for about 2 months and then died. I contacted the mfc and they send me a replacment at no charge. The new unit is working great so far.

Requires disassembly of some of the dashboard area. Sound quality is great. A version I had of this adapter stopped working after 2 years because the park that connects to the phone isnt super durable and something in it got loose so that it would stop playing if bent even the slightest bit.

I sent it back just didnt work as I thought in my 2007 Honda Odyssey Touring w/Nav and rear DVD. I had bought one before for a 2006 Honda Pilot EX-L (no Nav) and worked great.

I used in Honda Ridgeline. It worked great. Good build quality. I used it daily for months then sold the vehicle. I would buy again, if I need it again.

This aux adapter works as expected. There are tons of installation tutorials on YouTube to follow. For me, the installation takes me about 40 minutes. The length of cable is sufficient. I hide the main white adapter body inside the car structure and the audio line is able to reach the cellphone placed atop of the middle AC vent. On sound quality, I do not have ears that sensitive so I feel the sound is great. Plus, when I am driving 70 MPH on highway, the noise from the adapter (if present) is buried in the background air flow noise anyway. The only complaint I have is that the jacket of the male audio port is too thick. If the audio opening of your cellphone case is not big, then the audio wire might have a hard time going through. But it is a minor issue. As long as the functions are good, I think it is worthy five stars. By the way, in case someone is confused as I am: Honda accord has a separate aux port besides the wires to CD. So, you do not need to unplug CD to get the aux adapter connected. The 1-by-2 splitting adapter is not necessary, unless you want to connect two aux devices (like one MP3 and one USB drive).

I drive a 2004 Honda Accord EX and this adapter works perfectly. I just watched a YouTube video on how to install it and it was very easy. All I needed was a flathead and a phillips screwdriver and I installed in about 20 minutes. I did need a drill as well to put a small hole in the back of the storage compartment to run the wire through. It works great!!
