> 24 hourI feel bad for this line of products getting all these negative reviews because people havent dialed in their settings. Ill admit that it took me 4 or 5 tries to get it perfect, but Im getting consistent results now. I use an Endurance 10W diode laser on an Openbuilds ACRO platform. Doing the cuts in 6 passes yielded the nicest edges, but with different air assist setups Im sure some more aggressive cutting could be done. I dont use air assist for the engraving portion and definitely do use air assist for the cuts. Alcohol does a great job wiping off any charred dust the might get blown around. So there ya go, 5 stars from me.

> 24 hourLike others have mentioned, Stay away from ABS plastic for laser engraving. The fumes are toxic. And yes, this is ABS plastic.

> 24 hourProduct is good for what I needed it for. The price was great compared to others. Had a longer lead time than what I was expecting but I had time to wait for it.

> 24 hourThe top layer is very thin and scratches easily. Handle with care. I have started spraying finished projects with clear coat to protect the appearance but that affects the finished look.

> 24 hourProduct not as described. Thickness is only 0.05 and not 0.06 as in the product detail. Back surface is gray and not white as described. Returning back to Amazon.

> 24 hourMy laser hates ABS. Engraving the white second layer doesnt come through as white. Its an uneven sooty grey. Trying to cut this with the laser leaves wisps of soot all over the interior of the K40. This is probably better suited for CNC engraving.
