I did not realize my value laptop had such a small hard drive until I tried transferring my data to it. The manufacture wanted 3x the amount of the laptop to expand my hard drive. Little research and education, this was the perfect upgrade. A required tool was needed as this was a replacement not an addition. Hardest part was removing the manufacture installed screw for the stock hard drive. Otherwise, simple and easy to install.

This m.2 works vary well just remember that you need to go thru a drive set up and it wont work instantly but the set up is vary easy

Works perfectly and is very fast in everyday use. I dont use it for gaming but I do edit some 4k videos on it without issue. Im sure there are faster drives but I havent noticed any issues. I have it installed in a hagabis MC Pro 25 DP USB-C hub. Im getting about 10Gbs.

It works as advertised. I found this to be the most well reviewed and cost effective solution for my new build.

The motherboard I have didnt have any brackets to install this drive.
