Greater than one weekJust got the 1TB and installed it yesterday. Was a lot harder than I expected. The side of my PS5 took a lot of effort to pop off and then I needed a certain screwdriver to unscrew the peg that holds the ssd card in place. Almost gave up several times. I had to go to the hardware store to buy a special pack of incredibly small screwdrivers. I ended up using a flat head and then needle nose pliers after nearly ruining the screw head. Once you have the spacer in place and are putting the ssd card in you do have to use a little bit of force to pop it into place and it should angle up once it’s popped in. Then you screw it in place. Just be aware the whole process might be simple but does take some umph to do. After all’s said and done it does work fine and downloaded about three games to the card and they played fine. So happy to have more storage.

> 3 dayWorks great, just remember to throw some m2 screws in your order if you do not have any, or board did not come with them. You will need one.

> 3 dayWith a PCIE 4.0 motherboard this SSD is fast. Ive been using it for about a month and it has worked flawlessly. It tends to run on the hot side so be sure to have a good heat sink on it.

> 3 daytook a bit for the msi motherboard to recognize the 2 ssds had to reset the cmos several times before bios saw the ssds, once bios recognized that it took a bit for windows to recognize both ssds as each one is 4 TB, but all good now work great

Greater than one weekPrice was on the higher side of ssds for ps5. The speed was only 6207, maybe the 2tb version is faster. I thought 6500 was in the bag. But, solid peice of ram and 6200 vs 6500 no biggie. I would have went with a cheaper s70 Blade and saved 50 to 60 dollars. Sons Firecuda hit 6598.....

> 3 dayI was excited to get this new memory for my PS5 and add storage space to it, but for whatever reason, from day one, I had problems with it. The PS5 read it and formatted it from the get go like it should, but then when Id try to transfer games from the internal drive to the WD, the system would shut down without warning. I rebuilt the system, cleared the cache, reformatted the SN850X and it would still continue to shut my console off without warning. I found I could leave a game downloading from online and it would install it, but when Id go to play it, again, the system would abruptly shut down. Im not saying I wouldnt recommend this, since I feel maybe I got a defective drive. Ive been using the Samsung 980 Pro with heatsink and have not a single issue with it. Ive even transferred multiple games at the same time to it from the console without any problems. Maybe it was just my luck that I got a bad drive from WD?
