Rather than the expensive MacSales (OWA) Auto Pro X2, for my 2015 MacBook Air, I used the WD Black 1TB SN770 with a Sintech NGFF M.2 nVME SSD Adapter Card .

Plugged and played on brand new build in a Z690 mobo.

The nvme drive was easy to install, Windows boots up unlike my old drive which thoroughly failed.

I installed it on my pc, had a little bit trouble since these dont come with a few screws and my I couldnt find the screws on my motherboard so I had to order some, but apart from that (which isnt the products fault), it works great, I use it to install games since I hate long loading screens and I also use it for a few of the softwares I use. I recommend it, its worth the money and if you find a good deal, then that would be even better.

I dont believe this came with a motherboard screw, so be sure to source one while buying just in case. I was able to find a matching screw from an old laptop. Other than that, what else is there to say other than wow this thing is blazing fast! I quickly went over 1GB/s in real world file transfer speeds without even trying, and with a 600TB endurance rating this drive could last me for years. WD offers a 5 year warranty which means you would have to fill this thing up and empty it again every 3 days for 5 years straight in order to break the TBW threshhold in said time

I recently built a new PC and wanted to get a NVMe SSD. I have been using an SSD with SATA Cables for a few years, and have heard NVMe are the best way to improve load times for games, and programs.
