> 24 hourWhen these SSDs are installed into a proper serial bus capable of delivering, you will get the claimed speed. I have not yet tested the heavy traffic of frequent read and write to see if the cooling fan I bought will be necessary. I am using this in a serial docking station with a Mac mini. Two lightning ports manage all of the In-N-Out for the Mac mini and I have a physical hard disk as well as this SSD in the docking station. This SSD connection in that hub is almost just as fast as the SSD hardwired into my Mac mini while the traffic from all my other drives are active. (according to testing software)

> 24 hourDrive seems to work fine but isnt anywhere near 1Tb. My system reads the brand new, unused drive as 931Gb. Thats a fairly large discrepancy between advertised space and what I got. If it had been 980-ish I wouldnt have said anything. Everything else seems to be as advertised.

> 24 hournever achieved 5,150MB/s read also far from 4900MB/s write. False advertising but still fast and yes I am using PCIe 4x4.

> 24 hourThis is a fine product from Western digital... Im not using it for gaming and such, just the OS and some graphic post-production software and it keeps up with that perfectly fine.
