Like everything. They are light and extremely sharp

I have purchased several sets of these little knives over the last few years for myself and to give as gifts. I find I reach for these more than any other knives for anything from cutting fruit and grilled meats to simply cutting a sandwich. They are super sharp and cut through things very easily. I have washed the knives both by hand and also via the dishwasher and they always stay very, very sharp. Be careful with these - you can easily get cut, but they are great.

They actually look cheap but are good. Not sure how long they will last with plastic handles.
