I bought this to rotate with my desk chair for better posture and ended up using it as such and in my workouts! All around, excellent ball. The material is thick so it can hold some weight (Im 51, 150lbs). It is also high enough to function well as a desk chair - picture to show the height equivalent to my standard desk chair. There are no shortage of options for using in your workout routine either! No regrets with this purchase :)

The ball feels sturdy and thick and overall good quality. It took a long time to inflate with the little pump it comes with. I got it for pregnancy and birth and I chose to get the size large based on my height (5’6”) but I’m afraid it’s too small, my knees bend up at an angle. I wish I got an xl.

My son uses this as part of his OT/PT exercises, and this one is great quality! It holds up very well to an individual who weights 125lbs to pretty much be bouncing on it nonstop. I wasnt expecting the quality to be as good as it is because of the cost, so this was a pleasant surprise. It did take a bit to inflate with the provided tools, and the nozzle popped out a few times. Its a great workout just to inflate lol But overall, very happy with this product and will be purchasing in other sizes as well!

The large size is a must. But its great. Surprisingly soft material too. Though the downside is it that the ball material isnt that durable. It gets scratches and scrapes easily. Because im very rough with mine, it is already getting a couple deep scrapes that might lead to a cut. So Id say keep it away from corners if youre going to be moving all the time. The material is way softer and more comfortable than my last one though. Ive learned Id rather have it soft and comfy. Dont mind giving up a little bit of durability for the good feel.

This is my third yoga ball in six months and it is the most durable one so far. The hand pump it came with was three times as nice as the others I’ve received and inflated it easily in less than 5 minutes. I’m confident it won’t pop and hair and lint doesn’t stick to it as badly as others I’ve used

We purchased this to replace a ball from the same company that popped. However, dont let that deter you. These are very sturdy balls. That ball lasted through several years of my daughter sitting and bouncing on it daily. She uses this to sit at her desk and do schoolwork, and for exercise. The foot pump works well to inflate it. Also, I am very pleased to report that the safety feature works well that prevents it from deflating quickly in the event that one does pop. This is a useful, quality product!

Read the instructions. You have to inflate twice to get it to stay at your height but then no issues. If you have ever had physical therapy for your back you know how valuable these are for keeping up your core excercises without thinking about it. I had to replace my old one because it was lost to a house fire. Prior to that treat it was my desk chair. The new one matched the specs and my whole routine is getting back to normal. No more back pain from being at the desk and moves between my screens much easier than an actual chair.

I bought this ball to use at my desk to help with leg and back pain from sitting all day and just generally be more mobile. While the ball seems to be of good quality for the price so far, I ordered a large which is supposed to inflate up to 26 inches if I’m not mistaken. The ball I received inflates to a maximum of 22 inches, which leaves me just uncomfortably short for proper use at my desk. I only received it moments ago, so I can’t leave a proper review on quality or how effective the ball was for my intended use, but with what I got, eh… Seems like a good ball. I just wish I received the correct size!
