The ball feels sturdy and thick and overall good quality. It took a long time to inflate with the little pump it comes with. I got it for pregnancy and birth and I chose to get the size large based on my height (5’6”) but I’m afraid it’s too small, my knees bend up at an angle. I wish I got an xl.

We bought this yoga ball because our newborn liked to be bounced. The wrong size came I reached out to the manufacturer and they sent a new one out within the week. This ball is still going strong 8 months later. Best one weve had!

My initial review was 5 stars: Unlike most buyers here I did not actually buy this for myself. My sons gym teacher recommended this as a tool to help him build up his core strength, which was below average. This ball has already made a huge difference in his ability to balance after a very short time of use. Thus far it has been easier to motivate him to use this as a chair to somewhat passively work on his core, than it has been to get him to practice more active exercises. Since my initial purchase I have purchased more and unfortunately my second ball (purple) for my younger child started deflating by nightfall. It arrived with a slow leak, so although it is usable it is very tedious to constantly refill it every morning.

This gym ball came with hand pump and it works great. I’m pregnant and having pubic pain. This ball helps me a lot.

I dont use for yoga l use the ball to keep my boat cover up to prevent water from pooling on the boat cover. Does the job.

I’ve had to attend PT for my lower back pain and my exercises must continue at home. The exercise ball continues to allow me to keep doing my exercises at home. It’s durable and doesn’t lose air.

It takes a while to pump up the ball. The included foot pump is not very efficient. I do like the sturdiness of the ball. I am using mine as therapy for exercising my lower back and I am having no problems in completing a range of exercises my physical therapist provided. It was recommended that I use a 65 cm ball and when fully pumped up it measures to the specified diameter. They provide a tape measure to check the diameter, 3 plugs, and one wrench to remove the plug if you need to add air pressure in the future. These are very handy and appreciated. The product is price effective. I would purchase this product again if needed.
