The included pump is not great and takes about 15 minutes to blow up by stomping on the pump over and over. Otherwise, the ball itself is great.

I am 5 1 and I have the xl ball, my legs dont reach the ground have to put my feet on a stool. I use the ball for my desk chair.. loving it other than the fact I dont reach the ground.

The ball was easy to set up and appears to be made of high quality materials. A good addition to home exercise equipment.

Got it for my pregnancy, super sturdy and feels like good material.

I was expecting at full inflation that the ball would be sturdier but I sink all the way in and farther than I expected. I have used these at the gym and it did not give so much. I thought I was ordered the heaviest duty ball possible but I think not. Im no waif so I dont expect miracles but this made me feeling like I in a lounge chair rather than an exercise-inducing environment. Overall quality was good just not what I needed. The included manual pump kit is worthless unless you make blowing up ball your entire workout. ***UPDATE***The Trideer folks were in touch w/ me about the review and wanted to make sure I was completely satisifed! The fact that they cared enough to follow up and provide that level of customer service was enough to win me over but they also sent me a replacement ball that was firmer than the original ball I ordered! The replacement was perfect and I wanted to be sure I updated to let anyone reading this know that they have displayed excellent customer service and went beyond what they had to to make sure customer(me) was satisified. Thank you!

We got a size L. It seems to be a tad big for my 6 year old... but she loves to body slam and throw her body around. This ball has been amazing. After bouncing, rolling, jumping and hitting it, rolling it over herself... just all kinds of manipulation. She paused, and sighed, mom, I LOVE this ball. A few moments later she was just laying over it and deep breathing like meditative deep breaths. So calm.... not sure I have ever seen her that deeply calm and happy. :D If you have a child on the spectrum or with some sensory difficulties. This was wonderful for us. My body appreciates the reprieve from those unconciously made body slam hugs. (XL would have been to big. L is ok. M may have been better though.... but L will do just fine. Her feet do not touch the ground when sitting... which allows her to use other parts of her body to balance. Which may be another win in itself.)

My initial review was 5 stars: Unlike most buyers here I did not actually buy this for myself. My sons gym teacher recommended this as a tool to help him build up his core strength, which was below average. This ball has already made a huge difference in his ability to balance after a very short time of use. Thus far it has been easier to motivate him to use this as a chair to somewhat passively work on his core, than it has been to get him to practice more active exercises. Since my initial purchase I have purchased more and unfortunately my second ball (purple) for my younger child started deflating by nightfall. It arrived with a slow leak, so although it is usable it is very tedious to constantly refill it every morning.

Firstly, this ball was quick and easy to inflate! Took no time at all using the included hand pump. Sitting on the ball and doing simple exercises with it has alleviated my pregnancy hip pain tremendously. Highly recommend if youre pregnant! My husband also enjoys bouncing on it so I can see it sticking around well after my baby is born.

Good quality exercise ball and when Amazon sent me an opened package without one component, the company responded with the missing piece immediately

Although I have only had this ball for a short time, I love it! I did need to add some air after a little over a day, but it seems to be holding air great after a week. High quality material, thicker than previous balls I’ve had. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is the pump! I would rather have had a foot pump. It took a while to pump it fully. However, the hand pump did work great for adding that additional air the next day! All in all this is a great ball and would buy it again!
