I received the coolify personal air condition at it looks amazing. Its like something from a sci-fi movie. Unfortunately, the one I received malfunctioned. I contacted customer services and Bonnie replied promptly. Bonnie even called me LONG DISTANCE from China to speak to me. She was very polite and extremely knowledgeable. She made sure to address all my concerns. Great product and AMAZING customer service! If youre looking for a personal cooling unit, this is the best. Especially since they guarantee their product. Yes I am a little upset at paying $150 for one that acts exactly the same as the $35 one! If you get the fan really cold to begin with meaning a metal plate on the back of it that touches your neck… Then it works a lot better and it’s actually cold… But otherwise it moves air just like all the rest of them do… I bought a $35 one to begin with and then bought this one to see if it was any better and apparently I like wasting my money lol that does it mean I won’t use it because I will … I live in South Texas where it is so hot and humid it’s necessary that’s for sure but I would never never pay $150 for it again!

The product works pretty good. Would have given it 5 stars if it was a true air conditioner. The fan uses the air around you to cool you off, so if you are outside and its hot it blows warm air, if youre inside it feels more like an air conditioner cooling you off.

I have this on as Im typing this on its LOWEST setting and Im having a challenge to be able to share my experience with this product. Where have you been all my life? I cannot express how much of a game changer this product is for people like me who are always hot no matter what the situation is. This is one of the few instances where the whole Shut up and take my money! inference applies. POINT BLANK, PERIOD! Buy it, before the creator realize what they have and raise the price....DO IT PINKY!!

The fan wasn’t strong enough didn’t feel it was cooling off at all

I was thinking about returning this, but after using it today I realized I really do like it and the battery life is pretty long. The only thing when the packaging came in the plastic was over the box, but it wasn’t on the case and I didn’t get my little sleeve bag to keep it protected but I really do like it so I’m gonna keep it but I wish I would’ve got my little sleep protector because it cost $149 plus tax. I feel like this one was one that they already had sent back.

I love this. Definitely worth the extra money. I bought a cheaper one frist but just blows hot air. This one blows cool air and the extra metal piece that gets cold on your neck is great.

I purchased this because we planned a trip to Florida in July. I run really hot all the time and I needed something to help with the heat and humidity. A previous commenter mentioned it’s not helpful in the outside heat and I have to agree. Walking around in 90 heat, the fans didn’t help but the cooling plate did a little (which is better than nothing). It was most helpful when we would go into a store, enter an indoor ride line or a restaurant. Granted, there was air conditioning in these places but even I don’t cool off in air conditioning, it takes me a lot longer than the average person to cool down so it was really helpful. It was super light weight and comfortable to wear. It’s quiet too on the lower settings. It fit in my crossbody bag. Be careful, twice the power button must have been hit inside my bag and turned on for i don’t know how long. The battery never died while using and I used it a lot. Since I’ve been home, I used it once already just around the house. I’m keeping it, I love it.

This has great battery life and is great for traveling and not tangling your hair but you do feel the weight of it after a little while, I also have a lower price and lighter weight one which I switchout with this one but this one works fine but a little bit pricey when you can find cheaper versions that work just as well.
