> 3 dayI am using it with the stock 3700x cooler and it is great. Normal temps are around 36C, under load (rendering video) goes to around 60C and holds there. Drops back down after rendering is done. Best paste I have used thus far.

The spatula isnt all that useful, I prefer using the weight of the thermal block however it spread evenly and cleanly. Noticed a good few degrees reduction in temperature too. I was wasteful with this but there is more than enough to get 3-4 uses out of it.
