Greater than one weekI bought a tube of Thermal Grizzly Kryonaut primarily to cut down the temperatures on mthe CPU/GPU in my refurbished laptop, and thats just what it did. I no longer need to use infinite cardinals to measure them anymore. Furthermore, I repasted my desktop CPU and saw a pretty sweet decrease in temperatures there too. If theres any left in the tube (which there probably is) I might even use the rest on my desktops GPU. Its a fine product. No complaints here.

> 3 dayThis stuff is expensive but if youre an overclocker its worth the price of admission I normally go with Thermaltake Extreme Performance, but Amazon was out of stock and I couldnt wait for a new shipment because I wanted to play with my new toys. Im extremely pleased with Grizzly Kryonaut Im seeing a 2c advantage over Thermaltake that I have in a nearly identical build (i7 6700k vs i7-7700k.) The paste is stiffer than Thermaltake or Artic so be sure to use spatula or use an X pattern as the instructions indicate. Hope this review helps with your decision Im certainly glad I discovered this new little gem.
