Greater than one weekApplied this on the APU of my used xbox one x I recently purchased, and its now super quiet. I was a little apprehensive due to how little paste you for the price paid (9.99 at the time), but now Im really happy that I went through with it after seeing (and hearing, lol) the results.

> 3 dayI needed new thermal paste since mine was getting old. I choose this one because of how popular it was amongst the bigger knowledgeable pc builders on YouTube. They were right. I did the spread method on my cpu since they include a spreader tool. The thermals are better than what I had before. I get around 8 - 11 degrees C than I did before running games on max. Worth the purchase, but I payed $12 bucks so that’s why I give it 4 stars. You only get 1 gram so price and value aren’t that good.

> 3 dayI bought this stuff for my daughters Acer Nitro 5. I was freezing fairly consistently. Temp was around 190 F doing simple tasks...I cleaned the insides and applied this goop and no joke. CPU is running at 140 to 150 F now and doesnt freeze. 100% worth the money! I used the tube one another laptop of mine. Cleaned and applied goop. Same results. Dropped CPU temp 40+ F.

04-11-2024I need to rebut the other reviews claiming that the paste is hard, almost impossible to spread. That must has been due to old stock or inappropriate storage, I guess. It was optimal consistency and easy to spread. I applied it after a major cleaning of my laptop, so I dont know how much I can account the paste for it, but I got 20-30 degrees reduction in average temperature and 1000 / min lower average fan speed. Needless to say, this means also a great performance improvement. But important to note, my computer had also quite some dust inside.
