> 3 dayThe opening tab for the phone box was torn, and it appeared to have been opened and then taped back shut. The phone itself had fingerprints and smudges all over the screen. I re-checked to see if this was supposed to have been a new or refurbished phone. It appears that it was sold as a new phone.

> 3 dayI purchased this phone May 23, 2022 and exactly 1 yr and 5 days later the phone stopped charging, when I would try to connect a charger it reads error: please plug out charger Due to the phone being past manufactured warranty I was told that there is nothing that can be done. The phone was not damaged and was barely ever used. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!

> 3 dayI got this smartphone to replace my old iPhone 6s since I wanted to try an Android Smartphone this time. I found several brand new phones from TCL news and eventually chose the A30 one. The phone and its battery were seperately placed in the package box when it was delivered. It was quite easy to assemble the battery into the phone. You can even do that without the quick start guide. The package is also pretty which does not look like just a $100 phone. The cellphones processing and operations run really smoothly and quickly. You can open multiple apps one time and it will not affect its speed. I downloaded several newly released games such as Diablo Immortal and Genshin Impact, and all of them operated smoothly. The only concern is that the smartphone does not come with an additional RAM disk and it only has 32GB storage. So if you would like to download a lot of games or large apps, I would recommend you to buy another disk and insert it into the phone. A30 does provide a place to insert another memory disk. In addition, it supports multiple Google apps which had been pre-installed on the phone. You dont need to spend a lot of time to find the apps and install them. The battery is also very long-lasting. I used it to play Genshin Impact for several hours with all best graphic setting, it still had much power left. Overall, its worthy with only $100 to get this impressive phone. If you have a budget plan for your smartphone, I would strongly recommend this TCL A30.

> 3 dayThis is a TCL A30 phone. Phone is kind of smallish and boxy. Nothing flashy about it. No fingerprint sensor. No button on back. Im fine with all that. If you are looking for the latest style you may be disappointed. This phone actually has a replaceable battery, I love that. The reason I got this phone is because it is a 5G phone. I needed at least 4G for my network now. I think many phone networks are requiring 4G/5G now or soon. The phone comes with Android 11. Worked well for me. Phone is pretty inexpensive. Its a good value for me.

> 3 dayThis phone was purchased as a present for my fathers birthday. He insisted on a phone that supported SD cards because he had spent years storing music and photographs on his SD card. Im not sure why, but over the last few years, phone manufacturers have gradually abandoned the SD card capability. When I assumed Id have to hunt for an older model, I was pleasantly surprised to discover that this newer phone retained this capability, as well as a 3.5mm headphone jack, allowing my father to continue using his headphones. After using it for the past few days, we noticed that there is some minor lag in this phone when browsing pages but it is totally acceptable. Also, the camera is not the best. Overall, my father is very pleased with the phone. I also plan to buy a second one for my mum.

> 3 dayhave been pleased with this phone until this week. Purchased in March, 2022 and it has worked fine for normal use, occasional calls (using T-Mobile), texts, internet. Photos, not great quality but fine and as expected considering the cost of the phone. Suddenly, a few days ago, phone was slow to load, stopped charging and now is totally dead. Not worth the cost of repair. Very disappointing, just needed a simple phone. Thought it should have lasted longer than it did.

> 3 daybought this to replace my old LGE and although theres a learning curve with the buttons (keep hitting the side button and unintentionally summoning hey google) Im pretty much adjusted to it. Photos are nice and sharp, text functions are pretty on par, and phone itself sounds clear. No problems on home wifi or 4G. The only thing I do not like is the clock function. I like to be able to set alarms weeks in advance for dr appts etc. But the alarm feature only allows me to set for the current week, or recurring weekly alarms (like getting up for work). I know I can set alarms and such under calendars but Im old and the clock alarms were just so easy to do and I dont want to learn a whole new process. But I guess thats a me problem.

> 3 dayDo not purchase a TCL phone. The one I bought worked for two months and then would no longer connect to the Verizon network. Verizon could not correct the problem. I am trying to return the phone but TCL customer service is extremely poor. I honestly dont think Ill be able to return it even though it still looks brand new. Ive been trying for a week to retrurn it but they make it so difficult that I think their ploy is that eventually you will get fed up and give up trying to return the phone. I retract the good comments I made aboout the phone prior to it going bad.
