Its an ok phone, nothing special.

I like the phone it is better than my LG phone that I had that was older this is an upgrade. But this one is really nice it has a lot of extras that my old one didnt have. Phone keeps freezing on me like three times since I had it and Im not sure why trying to figure that one out. Otherwise nice phone.

Do not purchase a TCL phone. The one I bought worked for two months and then would no longer connect to the Verizon network. Verizon could not correct the problem. I am trying to return the phone but TCL customer service is extremely poor. I honestly dont think Ill be able to return it even though it still looks brand new. Ive been trying for a week to retrurn it but they make it so difficult that I think their ploy is that eventually you will get fed up and give up trying to return the phone. I retract the good comments I made aboout the phone prior to it going bad.

If you want you Wechat on this phone, don’t buy this. It doesn’t work due to some technical reason.

A perfect phone for the elderly Since my mothers last phone lacked a front camera, I ordered the TCL A30 for her so she could make video calls with her grandchild and me. The phones back is composed of hard plastic, but it does not feel cheap in hand. My mother likes the size of the phone. Its the perfect size for her to slip into her pocket. Other than that, the phone is easy to use. Everything was put up in less than ten minutes. Now, my mum has learned to make video calls, read online newspapers and take selfies with this phone.

So far the phone is okay except that I don’t know when I receive voicemail. No voicemail icon to be notify when I received a voicemail. I called my carrier and after several attempt to help I was told to call TCL.I called TCL was on the phone for over 15 minutes with a representative and the line was cut off. So I may have to return the phone cause I can’t be calling my voicemail several times in a day just to find out if I have voicemail. What kind of phone that don’t have voicemail icon or notification to find out out about your voicemail? 9/2/2022 This seller tried multiplied times to reach me and finally I was able to resolve the issue. Maybe the battery life is poor and one will need a back up battery if used a lot daily Please do note that I had to factory reset this phone several times in order to get it going I was going to return it but by restarting it again and again it now seem to be worth the money I paid for it So for me it was a good deal
