> 3 dayI am really loving this temp monitoring system. So happy to be able to set a high and low temp and if outside of the range I get an alert and email. Hopefully this will help save my food if my appliances arent sealed or arent functioning correctly.

> 3 dayWe buy meat in bulk from a friend that has a connection to the farm. We store the bulk meat in a freezer in the garage. My problem was my children were opening the freezer to get something, a popsicle or something and occasionally the freezer door was loosely shut. This allowed the heat from the garage to come in and defrost the meat. On one occasion the meats blood was leaking out of some of the meat packages, ice cream was destroyed etc. So I purchased to put inside the freezer. You have to buy that hub, but is the easiest thing to install. I downloaded the app, created a login, took a picture of the bar code on hub by the app, hooked the hub up to the router, its done. Set up the thermometer by taking a picture of bar code in the app, its done.

> 3 dayI have tried them all. This actually works. The temperature displayed on most freezer or fridges is not the actual temperature inside. This will fix that problem. And if someone leaves the freezer door open in a hot garage….this will let you know before it all goes bad. Truly a great investment. I needed you years ago!

Greater than one weekExcellent range and performance. I had spent over $150 for another sensor and even bought a range extender to try to get temp from a freezer downstairs but it still couldnt pick up signal. Returned those items and ordered Smart Wireless Themometer and water sensor for much less money and was surprised to see that all those great reviews were correct. It has great range and works flawlessly. I even bout a second system for my second home. It even picked up the signal when I tried the sensor in my next door neighbors freezer. Both systems, plus 3 extra water sensor, were still cheaper than the orignal system and extender I had returned

Greater than one weekI bought this because my freezer got left open and I had to throw away several hundred dollars worth of food since it spoiled. Today the freezer got left open yet again (I think the magnets are going bad) and I was notified within 40 minutes of it being left open. We had just completely restocked our freezer and would have probably had to throw away close to $800 worth of food. This system was insanely easy to setup and was probably the easiest thing Ive setup in years, the temperature readings are accurate to 1 degree or closer, and for the cost its just a no-brainer. The thousands of dollars this system is probably going to save me over the years is worth the cost 10 times over and then some. I couldnt recommend this system more and if youve ever left your refrigerator or freezer open and wasted food I wouldnt even hesitate to buy this system!

> 3 dayTook me less than 5 minutes to install three sensors and a hub - start to finish. I have two leak sensor and a temp-humidity sensor. Next, I am going to get the garage door sensors and controllers for my three car garage. Absolutely impressed by having zero software or hardware glitches compared to hours of headaches with prior home automation devices. Should cost a lot more for this quality of product!

> 3 dayIn AZ, barely open garage freezers can become very costly. We have had to refill our entire vertical storage freezer twice this year and with 2 cooks in the house, theres lots of opportunity for mishaps. This has been a welcome solution. Pros - Peace of mind. - Once setup, has worked reliably without hassle. - Has already paid for itself several times over in saved food. - Clean app interface (although some unnecessary backtracking involved). - Alerts trigger quickly and loudly on connected devices. Cons - Mobile apps only, no desktop application. - More customization would be desirable. Notes - My observations are all made using Mac devices (iPads, iPhone, Macbook) - This is not a quick setup, should allow at least 1.5hr for setup, testing and customization. - Recommend do not try to setup wirelessly, plug hub into router during setup process. - Installed on my own, but they offer assistance if needed. - I keep the alert range set @ -10F -- +18F to allow for freezers to be loaded/unloaded without alerts (temps can be adjusted to 1/10 of a degree). - May be a good low cost alternative for small business owners. Overall, very happy with this system, the 2 sensors are monitoring 2 freezers in our garage and I will be ordering more sensors soon for indoor fridge and perhaps for terrariums/vivariums.

> 3 dayI used the thermometers in my fridge, freezer, chest freezer, top floor, and basement. I like being able to get alerts and keep track of temperatures and humidity to make sure everything is in working order. After almost a year the hub would like to disconnect fairly often, but I sent a message to yolink and they were able to send out a new one for me. They seem to be very easy to deal with and their products overall have been nice to have around.

> 3 dayFirst off I have another system I bought on Amazon that has no communicating Hub between the sensors like Yo-link does! What that means Is much longer range that I needed to reach my outdoor enclosed well pump house my ThermoPro sensor couldn’t stay on line kept loosing signal till I could physically get back to my lake cabin and unplug it to reset it then after I left it would go offline again within a day or so! The Yo-link reaches the pump house with ease! But better yet it also reports to my phone via the app when temperatures dip below or above the temp range I set to be notified about if that happens! Also the sensors use two Tripple AAA batteries it comes with alkaline, but I chose to instal lithium which I know lasts up to 5 years in the frozen tundra where I live in Wisconsin from my experience with other weather stations units I had which used an outdoor sensor but they were not WiFi capable just sensor to station which sets on a table in the house. Yo-link has its own WiFi hub that’s only about 5”X5” square and less than a inch high that connects to your router and is powered by a usb cable and plugs into any power outlet, this hub is the only part that plugs in and powerful long range communicates with as many sensors you want to place in and out side of your home! So you can put them anywhere no need for power for every sensor like the other brand has to have, and the other brand doesn’t have the hub to broadcast to and from the individual sensors that’s why you get the long range, the other brands sensors has to each connect to your WiFi individually and they are finicky as to where they pick up signal! To far away or inside another out building without WiFi and you don’t get connected! So I was really pleased and surprised with Yo-links performance, and it solved all my problems for about half the money of the other brands price!
