> 3 dayI used to use samsung drives, but after the company really did me wrong on 3 seperate occasions I decided never again will I use a samsung product. I have been using these ssds in both ssd and nvme m.2 models. these drives perform very well and seem to last a long time too. I have had 0 issues with these drives. I dont notice a difference between these and samsung drives. Great quality.

> 3 dayI purchased this internal SSD and couldn’t get Windows installer to recognize it, so I sent it back, thinking I got a bad one. Got another one and had the same problem. It was seen in BIOS of laptop but wasn’t seen when Windows looked for a drive to install OS to. I called HP, and I was told that drives can’t be found during Windows installation when the laptop has a Intel 11th generation processor. I had to download Intel Rapid Storage Technology drivers to the Windows installation USB drive, and then I had to install them to the SSD in first step of Windows install.

> 3 dayThe SK hynix Gold 1 TB PCIe NVMe SSD was utilized in my HP Vectus laptop computer. When I purchased my computer, 512 GB SSD was the largest from HP that I could purchase. Since I had experience with SK hynix SSDs in the past this was a logical choice. I utilized the SK hynix System Migration Utility that can be downloaded, the rest is history. I cloned my old SSD to the new, was up and running in about twenty minutes. Perfect.

10-11-2024The MSI GL62M series of notebooks offers a dual M2 slot SATA/PCI-e. Using the PCI-e option as a boot drive requires some effort; but, the problem is not in the SK hynix. It has to do with the bios and configuration of of the computer.
