> 3 dayMost SSD drives that perform good also generate heat, meaning they use up energy. For a portable device like a laptop that runs on battery power, heat is wasted energy and bad for battery life. In some cases it can even cause the CPU to throttle as the heat builds up inside a small case. I had this drive running in my laptop for the past several months, it performs very good and doesnt get as warm under heavy load like my previous NVME drives (Samsung and WD).
