Greater than one weekMy previous short review was not approved for some reason. I will just share some screenshots comparing the test results of the P31Gold 1TB to my Samsung EVO 970 1TB Drive. You can draw your own conclusions from there. This drive does run a little hot, and I do have a cheap heatsink attached to it that I bought from amazon.

> 3 dayBefore encountering this new SSD, I have been using the Samsung 970 EVO, which has given me sufficiently fast speeds. In need of more storage space, I browsed Amazon for an upgrade and decided to try out this new brand. While I have preferred Samsung products for the brand name’s reliability, it caught my attention that SK hynix is also a Korean firm that has uniquely applied the world’s first 128-layer NAND in its SSDs. The reviews, although not very many, sounded very positive on the SATA-based products.

> 3 daySingle-sided M2 2280 PCIe 3; runs about 3300 consistently on read, write is a bit slower. No integrated heat sink is provided - this is a bare drive in minimalist paper packaging. My use case is data analytics with a touch of video transcoding - works fine for both purposes. I have no idea as to gaming performance (havent played a computer game since Wolfenstein).

> 3 daySure its only a Gen 3 SSD but its one of the fastest ones of this gen, it even beats the other Samsung gen 3 models in some cases. All around great performance, plenty of space with 1TB version. Also compatible in PCI-e 4.0 slots if you dont want to spend as much for those and good for secondary SSD storage if you already have a faster main one. Just get this one its great value!
