> 24 hourCan’t say enough good things about HK hynix customer support. Very quick to reply to emails. I attempted to upgrade my 2014 Mac Mini (Late Model 2014) with this NVMe M.2 SSK. Even though the specifications was exactly what is called for my Mac Mini I could not get it to work. Even after formatting for APFS running Catalina OS the Mac would crash and not allow me to to anything including accessing Recovery or Target Disk modes on startup. However HK hynix customer support was OUTSTANDING and agreed to allow me to return the product for a full refund. I plan on doing business with HK again in the future. Thank You HK hynix customer service!
