No firmware update. Straight out of box slow. Barely meets minimum requirements. Tried multiple formats. Tried two different units. Both were below 5800. For the price, others were faster and cheaper

Only lasted for 6 months in ps5. Support was no help. To late to return with Amazon. Started crashing ps5 and saying drive couldn’t be found. Tried all troubleshooting and reformatting nothing solved issue.

No issues at all, easy to install and very fast. Cost is a bit high though. I have the 2TB, I bought two of them.
