I have two of these units and they both work great!

Love it! Ive owned dozens of internal and external drives. Ive had older gen spinning drives fall to their doom, or the they get old and the bearings go out which results in me and losing data. This WD SDD drive has no moving parts, which means less things to break. Now I have no worries about leaving the drive in my backpack and hauling it around. Then consider the fact that this drive is tiny and weight almost nothing. Its half the size of my iPhone and 25% the weight. If the drive falls there isnt even enough weight to pull the USB cord out. I would recommend a carrying case just so you can keep the drive and the USB cable together, and somewhat protected.

I love this SSD! It’s super fast, small in size and has no moving parts. Perfect for storing my large music library. This device will make hard drives obsolete.

After a little fiddling with wires it finally works... amazon was not helpful... took it to a Samsung store... 1TB of SSD for my nvidia shield pro 2019. Using as device storage...

very compact size, and also very fast, what I don’t like it this is advertised as 2T size, and the real capacity it’s always less, for example mine it’s only 1.8!!!!

Someone in the reviews complained that they received a fake item. I think they might have accidentally switched the letter O or number 0(zero) when registering on the Samsung website since I managed to register mine using the serial # without any issues. The unit is quiet. I now have moved most of the files from my macbook pro to this drive. A great buy indeed!

Love this drive. The size is awesome makes it easy to slip in your bag or pocket. It also allows makes it easy to hand to someone to download things on the drive for you.
