    Lightweight, portable, simple. I have been advised to use great care in disconnecting - to make sure the drive is properly unmounted. The speed is consistent and delicious... editing 4K video is a charm. Runs hot when copying a lot of files and may throttle it a bit.

    Bought a 2017 iMac with spinning 5400 rpm drive . Machine almost unusable . Plugged this in to lightning port and all I can say is Wow. Speed increased 10 fold from 70,s to 750-800mbs. Best $60 upgrade you can do .
