Easy to use and setup

Como cualquier ssd m.2 en cuanto a su instalación, pego es de los mejores en rendimiento y samsung proporciona un software no intrusivo para su monitoreo y mantenimiento.

I use these NVME drives in my Synology DS720+ NAS as cache drives and they work great. They have sped up random access as well as backup of small files noticebly. If they also last a while, Im happy. They are rated around 60% of lifetime compared to the Synology branded drives, but Im not too concerned since I have light load on my NAS at home and see to it that access isnt stupid (e.g. TimeMachine has become utterly useless since Big Sur and is basically just an SSD killer, network hog, and just outright garbage). So far so good.

This is my second samsung drive and 3rd m.2. Easy install and great performance as expected.

Disco excelente por su precio/capacidad/velocidad, con el setup completo se tiene un ciclo de reinicio completo en 28 segundos o menos en windows 10, me parece un disco con muy buenas caracteristicas.

It works great most the time but sometimes it doesn’t recognize it and I need to restart and once I had to remove and reinstall it

On its own, this is an excellent drive. Samsung is always known for their quality and reliability when it comes to these, so you cant go wrong.

my one-year-old ThinkPad P1 was running out of space, and I was looking for an EVO 970 SSD, coz my Gen2 P1 doesnt support PCIe 4. I accidentally found this PCIe 3 version of 980 (I thought all 980s are PCIe 4). It took less than a day to be delivered (and installed) since I placed the order - thanks Amazon for the super fast shipping and delivery. I put it in, it was pretty straightforward, and I immediately moved all my data from the old drive to it - in less than 5 minutes for an overall 375 Gb of data. That was amazing! Theres a noticeable performance improvement that I can absolutely tell when I moved and ran my VMs on it.
