    I bought this so I can have more storage. Only thing I do wish is that it came with a screw. For now I have it plugged it but it’s not secured to the motherboard.I would use my own screw but the size for us is very specific. Great SSD over all!!

    I purchased a new Dell G-3 with a standard 500 GB ss drive. I wanted to add an internal drive for gaming this fit the bill. Was an easy install and the speed I get gaming and doing video processing work is incredible. Great addition to my new laptop!

    Ordered this to install in my PS5 for added storage — it fits but upon installation, I turned on my console and received a message that it wasn’t compatible and had to be removed; my PS5 wouldn’t fully boot up with it attached in the expansion slot, which is under a small plate below the main PS5 cover.

    Ive tried many M.2 products in the last few years from a variety of vendors. The Samsung 970 EVO Plus is the best value. Dollar for dollar its the fastest NVMe drive there is. The tools Samsung provides to manage and benchmark the drive is equally terrific. My current drive, a Samsung 960 EVO M.2 250G version, was equally impressive when first purchased 3 years ago. This new drive will replace it, something I do proactively every 3 years to avoid potential hardware issues - these drives wear out a little quicker than the old bare-metal drives that lasted a decade no problem. Price was reasonable, Prime delivery was next day no problem.

    Easy to install. I bought the Vantec M.2 NVMe + M.2 SATA SSD PCIe x4 Adapter to mount this 1 TB NVMe SSD so I could clone and expand my internal 250 GB NVMe first, then swapped them. Booted immediately to the 1TB SSD, zero problems. Boy, its fast!
