> 24 hourDoes not come with a SSD mounting screw. However most motherboards should already have one included. Pretty standard. Ive always used samsung for SSDs they are super reliable, Ive yet to have one fail on me.

> 24 hourIt works as expected and is simple to install. Using their migration software, I imaged my existing 2-partition hard drive onto the SSD and it booted perfect and have not had a single problem (it even let me change the size of each partition before imaging which is useful). BUT, in order to get it up to full speed, you need the latest firmware update which you get from the management software, SAMSUNG Magician (which you download from the site, then update from the program...because the latest version isnt on the sites storefront), then you update the firmware with it, then add Overprovisioning, then run the optimizer. Until I did all this, I was only able to get 2800 mb/s read speed, but after everything, I was able to get ~3200 mb/s and 3000+ mb/s write. I have a Gigabyte Gaming 5 motherboard, i7 7700 running at 4.7GHz, and screaming fast memory and I cant reach the read up to 3500 mb/s speed claim. Its possible if I had a new motherboard like a Gaming 7, I could get it going that fast. So beware. Regardless, I am really happy with it, especially for the price. Load times are ridiculously fast, the whole thing is a lot more snappy all the way around. I Highly recommend it. Two concerns, the temp can run high so make sure you have decent air flow over the area. The other is the lifetime...the 970 Evo Plus only lasts 600tbw whereas the previous generation of 970 Evo and Pro supposedly last 1200tbw...not sure why the newer generation lasts half the time. Just beware.

> 24 hourIt just works great. Im a PC enthousiast but I dont care about SSD speeds as pretty much everything is better than a mechanical SATA hard drive. I bought it because Samsung is pretty much the gold standard when it comes to SSD.

> 24 hourAll the software you need is on the Samsung site, Instructions, Drivers, etc. Cloning my C Drive with Samsung software couldnt have been easier, and the 970 Evo booted without even going into BIOS. Had to install Evo 970 into the M.2 2 slot for it to work, but after cloning, I removed the old drive and moved Samsung into M.2 1 slot. Theres a noticeable speed improvement from my original 2.5 SATA III 500 M SSD drive.

> 24 hourAll I can say about these things is dang! Theyre fast! Passed all my burn in checks and in my server as read write cache. Pushing 3000mbs to switch on read now through 10GB port.
