    I bought this Samsung 970 EVO Plus SSD 1TB - M.2 as a Refurbished SSD from other seller than Amazon on Oct 1, 2019. I was afraid that it might not work in this HP - ENVY x360 2-in-1 Model 15M-DS0011DX because it had a 256GB WDC SN520 SSD that it came with that was 2 channel PCIE and M+B keyed PCIE. It worked without problems. I never really pushed it hard, but I did measure the speed a number of times with portable CrystalDiskMark. Apparently it used all 4 PCIE channels when first installing, then when I installed the Samsung Drivers and it went down using only 2 PCIE Channels, but then when I installed the most recent Samsung Drivers for it and it went back to using 4 PCIE Channels. Also not that I did install and use the Samsung Magician.

    I bought the 250gb for my gaming PC. Use it for windows and all my apps (no games). And everything opens Soo darn fast! My PC boots in seconds and my apps open practically instantly!. Spotify used to take a full minute to open (not kidding) and the window would be glitched out, now it opens at the blink of an eye and no windowed glitch!
