    Ive purchased many Samsung products over the years and they work amazingly. However, if you ever have to deal with warranty claims, Samsungs policy is that you deal with the seller to RMA the product. This is not only very unusual but also almost impossible when it comes to dealing with a warranty claim over 1 year after the date of purchase (and Samsung claims the warranty is good for 3 years).
