    This drive worked fine for the first month or so of life and then it started failing. I didnt realize at first it was a hard drive related issue as I was playing an early access game from Steam that started having issues loading, and then running slowly.

    Samsung clone software works well and quickly. While not the cheapest 1 TB drive, I have had very good experience with Samsung reliability and performance. Drive used to replace HDD in older laptop took an unusable slow machine to acceptable for business purposes.

    Price was $40 cheaper than usual for a drive usually rated the best in reviews. Installed it has made my computer behave better than when it was brand new. Longevity is still unknown but I’m hopeful that the Sumsung brand is worth something.
