Good product. My kids use it hot weather during games. Good at helping prevent dehydration and cramping.

They’re perfect for my daughter as she has Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome (POTS). They’re a typical capsule size and are a quick way to get some salts in you body when you need them.

This does not contain any sugars, which is great for me, however it does contain Magnesium, which doesnt do much for the body if taken with calcium, which Saltstick also contains. These two should always be taken separately, and the Mags should be taken at night as it is a muscle relaxer. Since the calcium is absorbed first, the magnesium tends to go right through the gut and can cause diarrhea. I prefer a brand that is sugar free, sweetener free, and Magnesium free.

Ive had great experiences with this product. I run marathons and have an issue with dehydration (losing 8 - 10 pounds in sweat on my 20 mile runs). These help me stay hydrated and perform better on long runs.

I have pots and have to take like 10 to 15 of these a day, and so far they are the only brand of buffered salt tables that do NOT hurt my stomach.

My daughter takes these for POTS. We’re never without them. They’ve kept us out of urgent care/the ER.

Great product. I used to have problems cramping up after cycling etc. These really make a difference.
